Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. Customers can receive a refund under the following conditions:

If the product received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If the design services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications as outlined in the project brief a partial refund will be issued (deposits are not refundable).
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected and no other resolution is reached. Custom and personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Delivery Policy
We ship goods to locations within the United States. Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. For custom promotional products, the timeline for delivery will be communicated during the order confirmation process. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Return Policy
Customers can return purchased goods under the following conditions:

The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel orders under the following conditions:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

For custom design services, cancellations made after work has commenced will be subject to a cancellation fee based on the progress of the project.

For subscription services, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles.
